Mr. Oyedele Ojapinwa was born on October 3, 1963 and he attended Ondo State University, (now Ado – Ekiti State University) where he graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor Degree in Economics / Education. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Mr Ojapinwa desire for more knowledge took him to the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) Badagry where he completed his Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration (PGDPA) in 2010.
He began his working career in 1990 at the National Bank of Nigeria Ltd while in 1991 he joined City Union Finance and Securities Limited as a finance officer and rose to the position of a manager before resigning to join Ibafo Community Bank as Deputy Manager. Between 1995 and 1996 he worked as an Accountant / Credit Controller at the Lagos State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from where he joined the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service in 1997 as an Inspector of tax and rose to the position of Principal Inspector of Tax.
Since then, he has served at various Local Government Areas of the state and he is presently the Deputy Director, Procurement Unit, Cabinet office.
Mr. Oyedele Ojapinwa is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM), Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (GCIPSN), Fellow of the Institute of Project Management of Nigeria and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
He is happily married and blessed with children.
